She’s RISING®

Overview

This nine-month coaching program aims to cultivate leadership skills and personal growth. Participants will gain clarity, confidence and a comprehensive skill set to lead effectively in various spheres of life.

Program Structure

  • Workshops: Self-paced modules covering leadership challenges, personal vision and strategic planning.
  • Coaching: Weekly sessions with Monique and the coaching team.
  • Community: Access to a private network of like-minded leaders.

Core Competencies

  • Self-Awareness: This involves a profound understanding of one's own strengths, weaknesses, values, and motivations. Leaders who are self-aware can make more intentional decisions and act with integrity, ensuring their actions are consistent with their core values.
  • Emotional Intelligence: The ability to recognize, understand, and manage one's emotions, as well as empathize with and relate to the emotions of others. This competency enhances communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills, which are essential for effective leadership.
  • Mindful Decision-Making: Being present and thoughtful in decision-making processes, considering not just immediate outcomes but also the long-term impact on teams, organizations, and communities. This requires a balance between intuition and analytical thinking.
  • Authentic Communication: Engaging with honesty, transparency, and a genuine intent to connect. This competency ensures that leaders foster trust and create environments where open dialogue is encouraged.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: The ability to navigate and respond to change and challenges with a growth mindset. Leaders who can adjust their approach while staying true to their principles are better equipped to lead in dynamic and complex environments.
  • Purpose-Driven Leadership: Grounding leadership actions in a clear sense of purpose that aligns with personal and organizational values. This creates a sense of meaning and direction that motivates and inspires others.
  • Relationship Building: Developing and nurturing meaningful connections with others based on trust, respect, and collaboration. Strong relationships are foundational for creating cohesive, supportive, and high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Self-Management: Managing time, energy, and priorities effectively to maintain balance and avoid burnout. This involves setting boundaries, practicing self-care, and being intentional about personal and professional growth.
  • Reflective Practice: Continuously evaluating one's actions, decisions, and leadership style through reflection and feedback. This practice promotes continuous growth, learning, and refinement of leadership skills.
  • Visioning and Inspiring Action: Crafting a compelling vision for the future and mobilizing others to take action towards that vision. This involves aligning team and organizational goals with a shared purpose, inspiring commitment, and fostering a sense of collective ownership.

    YOU ARE NOT ALONE

    Gain a better understanding of the challenges faced by Black women leaders, specifically the ones that you are experiencing. Learn best practices to apply as solutions to addressing these barriers.

    SHE ASPIRES

    Clearly differentiate between your ideal self and who you “ought” to be. You will design your life by exploring who you are - your values, purpose, and dreams. All of this goodness will be crafted in life and leadership vision that will serve as your personal roadmap to fulfillment.

  • Module 3

    SHE IS

    Learn what mindsets, limiting beliefs, behaviors and experiences are impacting your confidence, authority, and ability to create and/or seize opportunities as a leader. Uncover your self perception and the story you believe (or display day-to-day) and define or redefine who you are as a leader in your home, organization, and community.

  • Module 4

    SHE REFLECTS

    Reflect on what you learned about yourself from the exercises and assessments. Find the gaps between your current reality and the life you envision. Based on what you have learned, what is getting in the way? How might you get to the life you dream of?

    • Deciding on your personal + professional areas of growth
    • Aligning your current self to your future self + vision
  • Module 5

    SHE PLANS

    Now you get to reimagine yourself as the woman + leader you visualized. Create your RISE Plan by developing goals, strategies and specific action steps that will close the gap and become the woman you aspire to be.

    • How to identify transformational SMARTT (specific, measurable, realistic, time-bound, and true) goals for your personal life, organization/business, and in your field/profession
    • How to craft “right-sized” strategies to leverage your strengths, address your gaps
    • Build a personal board of directors to provide support necessary to achieve goals
    • How to use the RISE Plan dashboard as a roadmap and growth tracker
  • Module 6

    SHE EXCELS

    You’ve done reflection and planning. It’s time to embody the woman you are becoming so you can live life to the fullest. This is a process of experiential learning and doing by implementing your RISE Plan. Learn what practices and habits work best for you as you evolve into the reimagined version of yourself.

You'll learn how to cultivate internal peace, enhance your leadership skills, and operate with confidence and ease in all aspects of your life.

  • Is there a payment plan available?

    Yes, we offer both a monthly payment plan and a discounted pay-in-full option. Our monthly investment option allows you to spread the cost over nine months, while our pay-in-full option provides additional savings + bonuses.

  • What is included in the program?

    The program includes self-paced workshops and trainings housed in an interactive platform, weekly LIVE coaching sessions with Monique and the coaching team, a personalized RISE Plan, access to our private network, unlimited email and video/text coaching, and quarterly in-person mini-sabbaticals (travel costs not included).

  • Can I get my employer to cover a portion or all of my program costs?

    Absolutely! This is considered to be a professional development program that uses the Coach Approach and Intentional Change Theory. It is designed to enhance your leadership capabilities and qualifies as professional development. Let us know if you need help pitching to your employer!
