Executive Training Certificate Programs

Oregon Public Management Certificate program (CPM)
In collaboration with the National Certified Public Manager Consortium, this new online training program is designed for local government workers who are managers or inspire to be one. Learn to enhance personal leadership, broaden intergovernmental networks, increase personal effectiveness and evaluate innovative solutions.
Trauma-Informed Community Development (TICD)
A pathway to public health infrastructure. Learn the framework needed to revitalize trauma-affected areas by establishing and promoting resilient, healing and healthy communities.
Spanish Healthcare Interpreter Training
Approved by the Oregon Health Authority for certification or qualification in healthcare interpreting. This 10-week program is taught from a cross-cultural perspective.
English Language Test Preparation
Prepare to take English placement tests like TOEFL and IELTS. Offered in four-week sessions with 27 hours of practice and assignments per course.

Refund Policy
Refund to original payment is made at 100% when a registrant cancels attendance at least two business days prior to the start of the first class.
There are no refunds for a cancellation with less than 48-hours notice. However, a student can request to move registration to a later class up to the date of the first class. A $25 late change fee applies. After class starts there are no changes or cancellations.
Credit card refunds take 7-10 business days to show up on your credit card statement.
Cash refunds by check take 10 to 14 business days to process.
