Your coursework consists of 12 online classes that examine business development and leadership theory, strategic planning and all aspects of NPO operations.
Here’s what you can expect:
- You’ll take finance courses to gain a firm understanding of fiscal management, business reporting fundamentals, accounting and budgeting approaches and how to make data-driven financial decisions.
- Additionally, you learn how to generate and manage resources through fundraising, grant writing and other means.
- You also learn how to market an NPO effectively, including communicating its vision and mission, developing a brand promise and story, and managing its social media presence.
At the end of the program, you emerge into the workforce ready to create actionable plans for NPOs, manage marketing and communications to spur brand awareness, and create a fundraising and resource blueprint for organizational growth.
