Why pursue your M.S. in Business at Linfield University?

Engage in transformative hands-on learning

Our master’s in business program offers a learning environment that nurtures your understanding of core principles and creates opportunities for you to implement this knowledge. Whether it is a group project or our highly focused workshops, our curriculum strengthens your ability to collaborate, problem-solve and craft innovative resolutions to everyday challenges.

Additionally, your time in the program ends with a two-part capstone project. You participate in a remote consulting project and “City Challenge,” an intensive week-long international trip. In both learning experiences, you draw from your theoretical expertise to design, propose, and deliver actionable strategies that outline a solution to the organization.

Qualify for a graduate fellowship

Linfield University strives to create affordable paths for students to pursue higher education and elevate their career prospects. We proudly offer the M.S. in Business Graduate Fellowship, which awards up to $5,000 to qualified recipients to help them pay for their master’s degree and work toward their goals. To be considered for this scholarship opportunity, students must submit an application and a fellowship statement, detailing their academic and professional interests, strengths, and more.

Students must apply for admission to the business program by April 15 for priority consideration. However, our admissions committee will still consider their application if they apply after this deadline.

Earn a graduate certificate in business

Looking for a short-term learning experience that still delivers a significant academic impact? Linfield offers three graduate business certificate programs to sharpen your business acumen with a smaller investment of time and money. Each certificate program has four graduate-level courses, which you can complete in one semester. And, if you want to further their graduate studies, you can “stack” the credits earned in their graduate certificates and have them fully count toward one of the master’s in business degrees.

Our business certificate programs include:
